After the rehearsal last weekend, We've been totally waked up. We borned a new song last week, blank title. Jing Wen Records and a small company wanna listen our songs, good news, now we need a demo CD for these two companies and Mao Club, cuz Yozi plan to have a talk with Mao for our gigs. Do we ready to go? I don't know, but I've heard some words from a woman: "Don't worry, everything will be okay." Hope so~

So long time we've not updated our space, winter, everything seems crawling slowly, and I'm so busy on my works when new year's coming, always. The other guys are recording our selected songs for our EP, cuz the studio and money and time, the drummer is computer, not me, bitter pity. We experienced two worst gigs recently, especially yesterday night, at RUC, deaf speakers, blind light-works, woody audience, mess around, mess around. Say sorry to Connie Feng, Heather Chuang and Yozi, whatever, at least, we've got Bravo! This weekend, I have to go to Chong Qing with my boss, so, will miss the record weekend again, bad luck, hope the "never-met" producer will mix our songs as we want, Good Luck to you guys! Bass player Ben Wong bought a new bass guitar, Fender Japan 62 Jazz Bass. We've got a rehearsal last night, for the Levi's bands battle tonight, we decided to show our new song: Run, hope we could get win. This sunday night, The Heartland will gig at a bar beside the east gate of CUC, hope u'll be there, c u~

Can't sleep, this's an unforgetable night that we've never had. Star Live is so big, sound is so good, lights are so beautiful, listeners are so hot! Star Live made our gig like a star live, we felt so comfortable on this stage, especially our own dressing room, excellent! Muma & Third Party made that brilliant "noise" on the stage, they made lots of people came here. Johnny Hi-Fi gave us a nice show, they are pretty good, and they also made an Asia Tour, even they had been Tokyo last day. They also had taken a gig at Taipei(vocals' hometown), but they prefer Beijing, drummer told me Beijing's fans are more cool, yup, they are really cool... Anyway, it's so amazing got a gig with Muma and Johnny Hi-Fi, so, we wanna thanx all the people who came into Star Live and watched our gig, everyone! Thanx BPF, Star Live, Johnny Hi-Fi, Muma & Third Party. Special thanx our friendz: Ma Chao, Wang Zhong and Femi, Heather, Bass Ben's girlfriend, Liu Qian, Wendy, Nan Nan, Yu Yin, Liu Shuo, Tie Zhi-guang, Lyu Fei... so many! You are our power! The Heartland will take a warm show with Muma & Third Party for the Johnny Hi-Fi(US), it's a countdown show of 2006 Beijing Pop Festival, so exciting! Wow, yes, we were there, on the stage, in front of those fever people, about 400. The Get Lucky Bar, the dream stage of us, we did it! As the warm show band of Super VC gig, 1st time we feel hot, as the wether, more eyes, more faces, more ears. Although we did it as our best, but, there's some little problems. I just got home after our midnight dinner party. We saw more faults, we saw more hopes, and we will keep going, keep it be AMAZING! [P.S.: The gig at New What Bar on 25th has canceled, keep agazing this space, maybe there will be a big party.]

I've been wanting a snare drum of my own for a long time, by chance, fortunately, I've got one, not Pearl, not TAMA, not YAMAHA, not Ludwig, even it's not DW, it is GRETSCH -- One of the most famous brands in the drum world, since 1883, across a whole century, listen to the distinctive refrain of more than one hundred years, it's "that sound" again!
